It sounds like it has problems communicating with that (yum) server. Can you ping it by name? You may have resolution problems, or the yum server could just be busy.

		What distribution and version are you running here? The error messages imply you're trying to access a CentOS repo for v5.2, but in my CentOS 5.2 install, I don't have a repository called CENTOS, I just have base, updates, addons and extra.

thnx for the help i already work this error, i just delete the CENTOS.repo then create a new one!
