Loads of RPMS!!!

downloaded those 3 rpms, tried to install got this:

So then i tried to install the libbeecrypt but it says this :

still havent gotten it right, but what confuses me is if beecrypt-devel* is installed why is it still failing dependencies?

I have updated this for a more friendlier install
