	 i don't use fedora or any rpm based distro so i can't test this myself... however i did find::: teh link below which should help [/url][url=http://fedoraxgl.tuxfamily.org/index.php?t...Installation_en]http://fedoraxgl.tuxfamily.org/index.php?t...Installation_en :-) compiling is good... lol you should try it...

I have done some compiling actually, but I tend not to do it on my main machine, it causes weird things to happen (I think it's something hardware-related).

Be careful, though, if you're a fast but inaccurate typer (like me). It seems that Shift-Backspace is a new keyboard shortcut to kill X - that got me a bit stumped at first.

	 If anyone is having the Shift-Backspace issue, I found a fix. Run: Code: xmodmap -e "keycode 22 = BackSpace"You will have to run this at every logon, however.
