when it say paste in terminal what do they mean is it my browser ?

they mean using the linux terminal (like a command prompt) you should be able to access one easily even in Linpus...

 

The first thing you need to do is open a terminal window by going to files -> my documents and then clicking the file menu and selecting terminal.
