FC2 Starting smartd: [FAILED]

hi there I just installed FC2 got three problems untill now, but I'll mention the first one now..

 

when I first start FC2 it says "Starting smartd: [FAILED]" I dont know what is smartd and what is it for..

 

 

any kind of help would be appreciated, thanks in dvance.
