How do i upgrade PHP > 4.3.x with YUM OR APT ?

I did Upgrade and Update on both YUM and APT-GET..

 

But my PHP version still at 4.2.2 .. its seems to be the newest version from yum / apt.

 

 

 

Any idea? (i really need yum or apt to install php, compilliling it myself give me hundreds of error, because PLESK installed all the package)
