How do I Offsite LAN Netinst?

Hi.

 

I want to install debian etch on my LAN using a minimal netinst CD or via PXE(I know how to set up this).

 

What I want to know is which files/directories I need to copy over from a mirror and put it on my local server.

 

I can then set up apache or NFS to serve these files. I just need to know how and which files/directories to copy over.
