Quote:Lindows is fun too with a lot of nice backgrounds, and also backgrounds, screensavers, and a lot of other fun packages are available through Click-N-Run.  Click-N-Run is basically apt-get taken to a much higher level.  All you do is click, and the program is installed, then they give you the option to add the program to your desktop.  At first I was adding every program to my desktop because I thought that I would have to manually add the programs to the menu as usual.  I found out that Lindows is adding my programs to the menu too!  How great!  The only program that wouldn't install was Galeon because of some dependency issues which you can view the details of if you want to in the Click-N-Run status tab (status screen shown in the far right screenshot).

After playing around with Click-N-Run, I wanted to see how fast Lindows ran, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it responds to commands.  When I click on the menu, there is no delay.  When I clicked to launch a program it started just as fast as most any other Linux I've used. Overall, I was very happy with Lindows' performance.
