TightVNC - tabmow - 2004-04-22 How do I go about installing tightvnc on my fedora linux box so i can log in to the x server through my windows machine? TightVNC - anyweb - 2004-04-22 vncserver is already included in the fedora installation simply click on the redhat (start menu), system settings, add remove applications and choose the 'system' section, in there, click on 'system tools' and put a check mark in 'vnc - a remote display system' insert your cd when prompted and you will now have access to both vncserver and vncviewer type vncserver as a normal user to start the server cheers anyweb TightVNC - tabmow - 2004-04-22 Oh ok cool, then how would i go about it remote logging into it from a windows machine?
