think it might be nice maybe to do a section on 'Why update' and a section how to do so. took me almost a year to convince my dad to try to keep his system up-to-date, even after various viruses (which i had to deal with).

 

mind you now i find it hard to convince him that allowing programs through his fw is ok ;)
