i believe all of these additional features cost $ but if enough people are interested anything can be considered

one thing i dont like is you pay a fee then yearly subscription fees, seems unfair to me and infact i think that even applies to this forums software, dunno yet...

Hmm, could be cool addons but, it might be waste of use if other user not using them... however, the main subject of this forum are good enough to help other user outs like quote, code etc.. it standard community forum. I don't think it need to addons - it up to you coz you own the forum..
if you need to money for addons, you can always bring up the donation again for this addons like you did for other things.

I came to the conclusion that the gallery would be the best for me.
But others might like the blog more because the may like to post their work there.
