things you may or may not know about linux-noob.com - anyweb - 2005-11-01 did you know the following:- linux-noob.com was born december 11th 2003 back then it was running windows 2003 server and iis 6 it is now running fedora core release 4 with apache/mysql/php it ran for 528 days without a reboot on fedora core release 1 it is hosted on a laptop (256mb ram/40gig hdd) that sits under my stairs (think 'built in UPS') it is more than just forums, there are now the following sub domains [/url]http://paste.linux-noob.com (for doing pastes on IRC) http://video.linux-noob.com (high speed site for download videos) http://speed.linux-noob.com (as above, in use soon...) http://linux-noob.com/review (dedicated area for Reviews !) http://linux-noob.com/screenshots (dedicated area for screenshots) there have been more hits to linux-noob.com in 2005 so far than 2004 !
