Higher Resolutions with SUSE over FC5 - handydandy - 2006-05-07 Hello, I installed SUSE on my laptop and got resolutions atleast as high as 1024x768. Then I installed FC5 (which I like better), and got resolutions only as high as 800x600. What should I do? Thanks, handydandy Higher Resolutions with SUSE over FC5 - znx - 2006-05-21 This is all down to how Fedora/SuSe has setup your X configuration file. If you can load up suse still .. grab the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and transfer it to your Fedora system. If not then try and find the specs for your Card/Monitor and give them here.. I will give you an example xorg.conf to work from. |
