XGL in SuSe10.1? - SendDerek - 2006-10-22 Short answer: Yes. Long answer: It's available, but you have to install it from the cd or dvd source through Yast2. I installed mine via the DVD and both xgl and compiz were there. Once you've installed those, you need to open the gnome control panel through the terminal by typing "gnome-control-center" and you'll see the xgl icon.
