Linux Distros on server side???????? - abhishek77 - 2007-03-01

Is fedora core 6 or previous versions of fedora suitable to run on the server side? is it suited to run business or personal sites on the server?

if not, what linux distros would be recommended for that purpose with cost being one of the factors?

it's perfectly suitable as long as you realise that fedora needs to be updated every 2 versions due to lack of support for older relases

linux-noob.com runs now on fedora core release 5, it will be updated to fedora 6 when 7 is available in may

cheers
