IMO changing the forum headings to use upper and lower case would make a huge difference to how the forums are presented, at the moment the forums look like user posts and some of the titles should be shortened with the descriptions underneath, would look a lot better if they looked like this:

Hello
General chat
Polls
Site Look And Feel, Suggestions, Problems, Whatever.. <-- shorten this

That was a great idea DustyBin, and I have to say I definitely like the look of the capitalised forum names.
It seems clearer and easier to read to me. Thumbs up! :)
