I'm so used to the CentOS blue header... :)

 

I prefer as well to not use any non-standard repositories, particularly on my CentOS machine which I want to be rock solid. So if the desktop RHEL did need the use of third-party repos to make it useful, I don't think I could be happy with it for that reason.

No it was installed from the rhel repo, because it was already installed when I tried installing it.
