Fedora Core 5 has been released?

If not, When?

If yes, Where can i download it?(fast)

It has not reached "release" status yet and is still under "test".

 

[/url]http://fedora.redhat.com/About/schedule/ has details about the schedule of release.

 

As for downloading the test version, find a mirror:

Browse through:

test/4.91

 

and you should find a download there...
