Im doing an Embedded OS customization for which im looking for Static Squid. My development Platform is RedHat 9. Will appreciate if anyone can point me any site i could download the packages from

Hrmm .. RH9 shouldn't really be used anymore its very old, you won't find modern RPMs for it anymore. Consider switch to Fedora or Centos.
