ok, been a long time since this discussion came up, but i'm still interested in doing it,

 

i believe that the text 'linux-noob: forums, tips, news, reviews and stuff :-)' is actually stored in the mysql database somewhere as a record, and therefore in order to cron job it (rotate the text) would need some work as outlined here, I just have to find the actual value that controls that piece of text in the database, then put together a script to do the work

 

so any ideas >?
